Whichever of these you are
One number, whatever you are calling about.
The same team answers all of it. You do not need to work out which department you want before you ring.
You want to start treatment
Call and admissions will ask what has been happening, verify your insurance and arrange a clinical assessment. That assessment is what determines your level of care.
Call (866) 461-3339 →You are calling about someone else
Plenty of people are. You can ask about the options and check their coverage on their behalf, and it stays a conversation until you decide otherwise.
Help for families →You just want to know what it costs
Insurance verification is free and takes a few minutes. You do not have to commit to anything to find out what your plan covers.
Verify your insurance →You are a provider making a referral
Call the same number and say you are referring. Admissions will handle the clinical handover and keep you updated with the patient’s consent.
Call (866) 461-3339 →Our facilities
Six facilities across four states.
Admissions is one team for all of them, so the number above reaches every facility. Each location page has the detail on what runs there.
Not sure which one? Compare all six, or call and admissions will work it out with you.
Common questions
Questions people ask before they call
Anything not answered here, ask on the call. There is no obligation.
(866) 461-3339- What happens when I call?
- Someone answers, asks what has been going on, and listens. There is no script you have to get through. If it looks like we can help, they will verify your insurance and arrange a clinical assessment. If we are not the right fit, they will tell you and point you somewhere that is.
- Is the call confidential?
- Yes. What you tell admissions is confidential, and calling does not commit you to anything. Calls may be recorded for quality and training, and if you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start and we will note it.
- Can I contact you without calling?
- Yes. Use the form on this page and someone will call you back, usually within minutes during the day. If you would rather be reached at a particular time, put that in the message and we will work around it.
- Can you tell me whether someone I know is a patient?
- Your treatment is protected health information, and we do not confirm to anyone, including family, that a specific person is here without their written authorisation. That protects you if you are the patient, and it means that if you are trying to locate someone, admissions will not be able to confirm it either.
- What if I am in crisis right now?
- If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For a mental health or suicide crisis, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, free, at any hour. That help exists whether or not substances are involved and whether or not you ever call us.
You are allowed to ask
If you are calling for someone else
Most people who call us are calling about someone they love. You can ask about the options and check their insurance on their behalf, and it stays a conversation until you decide otherwise.
