In her clinical work, Diana integrates evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care while tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. She is particularly passionate about helping clients process trauma, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve long-term recovery.
